360º Baja Real Estate Virtual Tours

360º photography showcases your property unlike anything else. It engages potential clients at a more intimate level. The interaction resulting in browsing a whole room or an area far exceeds that of pictures that shows a portion.

They’re a proven marketing method of placing people in the space of your home. Allowing buyers the opportunity to view your home, both, inside and out.

Virtual Tours not only give buyers the opportunity to tour your home once. Our Virtual Tours placed strategically on all our web sites allows the buyer to visit the home AGAIN from their own living room through virtual tours. This is extremely important on larger and more upscale homes where photos are not enough to get the true impact or value.

Real estate trends: History and culture

Santa Barbara at Bajamar.
History, art, nature, golf… everything is possible when you wake up in Paradise

Vacation property buyers want their leisure days to bring them a sense of revitalization. But that does not necessarily mean lying in the sun at a crowded beach.

There is another, far more interesting way to achieve a feeling of renewal. Getting exposed to art, nature and history awakens our senses and stimulates the mind. But the idea is not to run through ruins, galleries and museums in a crazy race, like they do at those 8-day-and-25-cities-tours.

What we wish for is a place to explore the surroundings at our own pace, little by little, capriciously.

“Some people just take the car and go see the cave-paintings” says Maday Valdenegro from the Baja Real Esatte Group. “There are loads of interesting sites nearby: the missions, museums, La Bufadora –a marine geyser, whale watching”.

This is a sample of the things I did as a visitor to Santa Barbara.

Trends in Real Estate – Second Home Reasons to buy a vacation home

Who are the buyers?

The second group is that of people with grown children and grandchildren. They often start spending  more and more time at their vacation place, where they enjoy a more comfortable weather  than in their primary residence place, and the company of their families that come to visit. “Ironically, I see my children and grandchildren more often when are here in Santa Barbara, than in the city where we all live. Whenever we are here, at least one of our children comes to visit for the weekend with their families. The kids swim in the pool at Bajamar, the gentlemen play golf, us  ladies  go for breakfast to Ensenada. ”

On Thursday, December 8, 2011, members of the Mexican Association Of Professional Realtors Of Ensenada (AMPI Ensenada) the Mexican equivalent of NAR in the United States, visited Bajamar and the ocean front residential condominium project of Santa Barbara in Bajamar.

Hosted by The Baja Real Estate Group – Baja Premier Properties team of realtors and lead by Marianne ‘Mimi’ Mills, the Ensenada realtors toured some available properties in Bajamar, a gated ocean front-golfing community located at the northern end of Ensenada, famous for its golf course, hotel and an upscale lifestyle.

Afterwards, they visited Santa Barbara at Bajamar where they all enjoyed a delicious Mexican lunch catered by the food and beverage staff from Festival Plaza Hotel in Rosarito.
