Assisted Living In Rosarito

The ‘GRAND OPENING’ of Rosarito Beach’s ‘first’ Assisted Living Community Home ‘Casa El Jardin’ will open its ‘Gardens & Home’ on Saturday, May, 30, 2009 beginning at 4:00 PM inviting ‘all’ community members to attend.

‘Casa El Jardin’ is located in North Rosarito, 5 blocks west from the Wal-Mart Shopping Center at Emiliano Zapata Street, #600, Colonial Refoma and will be operated under – InCare – owned by Baja Medics and supervised by ‘Cha-Cha’ (Marcia) Napoli.

InCare is a joint venture overseen by ‘Cha-Cha’ (Marcia) Napoli and local medical professionals, Baja Medix of Rosarito Beach.

InCare was first brought to Rosarito in year 2000 by ‘Cha-Cha’, a licensed nurse practicing in Orange County, CA for the past 30 years. Most recently Baja Medix, Rosarito’s finest medical team, joined ‘Cha-Cha’ to create our community’s first Assisted Living Care Home designed with U.S. Americans in mind.

‘Casa El Jardin’ will provide residents with: 24 hour Care Giving; On call Physicians; Three Daily Meals; Private Rooms; RV Space Hook-ups; Medical Supervision for both Long and Short Term Care, Companionship; Mobility & Rehabilitation; Home Activities, Outings and local Transportation.

‘Cha-Cha’ stated, “The cost of these Assisted Living Services will be extremely nominal and very affordable between $1,500 to $2,000 a month – one quarter to a third the cost the average patient pays in California.

Included at the open house and Grand Opening will be: home & garden tours, live music, appetizers, Margarita No-Host Bar, Art Exhibit and Silent Art Auction – all benefiting Rancho del Nino Orphanage in Rosarito Beach.

“Rancho del Nino” is a multi-denominational boy’s home, which is nestled in the rolling hills above Rosarito Beach.  It sits on 2.5 acres of donated land, which was founded in 1999 by Pastor Oscar and Beatriz Kiser, the directors of the Orphanage.

Many children had to be turned away last summer due to the lack of funding for basic care and staffing needed to operate this facility, said Beatrice Kiser.  Therefore, at the ‘Grand Opening’ of the Rosarito’s first Assisted Living Care Home – guests will be invited to participate in a silent art auction to help raise support for these poor young boys in need,” echoed ‘Cha-Cha’.  She added, “It takes a Village.. to support the Children at Rancho del Nino.  The Rosarito Beach Community helps provide gifts, food, money and time to make these young orphan boys feel loved and wanted.”

‘Cha-Cha’s Angels’, a group of Rosarito and U.S. residents who support the boys orphanage thr ough financial contributions and volunteerism will be highlighted at this Grand Opening on Saturday, May 30th at ‘Casa El Jardin’.
